## Abstract

A wireless device receives configuration parameters, of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH), indicating a timing gap threshold between a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and the PUCCH. The wireless device receives one or more messages indicating a downlink transmission configuration indication (TCI) and an uplink TCI. The wireless device transmits uplink control information via the PUCCH using a spatial domain transmission filter, wherein the spatial domain transmission filter is based on one of the downlink TCI or the uplink TCI in response to a comparison between the timing gap threshold and a timing gap between a PDSCH resource and a PUCCH resource.

## Claims

a downlink transmission configuration indication (TCI); and
an uplink TCI; and
transmitting uplink control information via the PUCCH using a spatial domain transmission filter, wherein the spatial domain transmission filter is based on one of the downlink TCI or the uplink TCI in response to a comparison between the timing gap threshold and a timing gap between a PDSCH resource and a PUCCH resource.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the spatial domain transmission filter is further based on the downlink TCI in response to the timing gap being less than the timing gap threshold.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the spatial domain transmission filter is further based on the uplink TCI in response to the timing gap being equal to the timing gap threshold.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the spatial domain transmission filter is further based on the uplink TCI in response to the timing gap being greater than the timing gap threshold.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein:
the configuration parameters further indicate a set of RSs comprising a first RS and a second RS; and
the method further comprises receiving a medium access control control element (MAC CE) to activate the set of RSs.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, wherein:
the downlink TCI indicates the first RS of the set of RSs; and
the uplink TCI indicates the second RS of the set of RSs.

### Claim 7 (depends on 5)

The method of claim 5, wherein the set of RSs comprises one or more of:
a synchronization signal (SS)/physical broadcast channel (PBCH) block (SSB);
a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS); or
a sounding reference signal (SRS).

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the one or more messages comprises receiving downlink control information from a common search space or a user equipment (UE) specific search space of a control resource set (CORSET).

### Claim 9

A wireless device comprising:
