## Abstract

One embodiment relates to a method for performing an operation for a first terminal in a wireless communication system, comprising the steps of: calculating a first channel state measurement value between a base station and the first terminal or receiving same from the base station; calculating a second channel state measurement value between a second terminal and the first terminal or receiving same from the second terminal; determining whether the first channel state measurement value and the second channel state measurement value are greater than or equal to a threshold value; and transmitting any one of uplink traffic or sidelink traffic, wherein the determining is performed on the basis of the uplink traffic and the sidelink traffic being simultaneously triggered and the priority of the uplink traffic and the priority of the sidelink traffic being identical, and one of the uplink traffic or the sidelink traffic is determined on the basis of the determining and a triggered buffer size.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of performing an operation for a first user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
obtaining a first channel status measurement value between a base station and the first user equipment and a second channel status measurement value between a second user equipment and the first user equipment;
based on a first channel traffic between the base station and the first user equipment and a second channel traffic between the second user equipment and the first user equipment being triggered simultaneously and a priority of the first channel traffic being equal to a priority of the second channel traffic, determining whether each of the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value is equal to or greater than at least one threshold;
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being equal to or greater than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is greater among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic; and
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being smaller than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is smaller among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one threshold comprises a first threshold for the first channel status value and a second threshold for the second channel status value.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein each of the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement values is set value are obtained based on one of Channel State Information (CSI), Reference Signal Strength Indication (RSSI), or Reference Signal Received Power (RSRP).

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the triggered buffer size is set based on a buffer size of a triggered Buffer State Report (BSR).

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the priority is included in a QoS (Quality of Service) requirement.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one threshold is configured with a radio quality capable of securing a transmission success of the first channel traffic.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising:
based on the first channel status measurement value being equal to or greater than the threshold and the second channel status measurement value being smaller than the threshold, transmitting the first channel traffic, and
based on first channel status measurement value being smaller than the threshold and the second channel status measurement value being equal to or greater than the threshold, transmitting the second channel traffic.

### Claim 8

A first user equipment in a wireless communication system, the first user equipment comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one computer memory operatively connected to the at least one processor and storing instructions enabling the at least one processor to perform operations when executed, the operations comprising:
obtaining a first channel status measurement value between a base station and the first user equipment and a second channel status measurement value between a second user equipment and the first user equipment;
based on a first channel traffic between the base station and the first user equipment and a second channel traffic between the second user equipment and the first user equipment being triggered simultaneously and a priority of the first channel traffic being equal to a priority of the second channel traffic, determining whether each of the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value is equal to or greater than at least one threshold;
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being equal to or greater than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is greater among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic; and
based on both the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value being smaller than the at least one threshold, transmitting one of the first channel status measurement value or the second channel status measurement value based on which triggered buffer size is smaller among the first channel traffic and the second channel traffic.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The first user equipment of claim 8, wherein the first user equipment comprises an autonomous vehicle or is included in the autonomous vehicle.

### Claim 10

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured to store at least one computer program including an instruction to enable at least one processor to perform operations for a user equipment when executed by the at least one processor, the operations comprising:
obtaining a first channel status measurement value between a base station and the first user equipment and a second channel status measurement value between a second user equipment and the first user equipment;
based on a first channel traffic between the base station and the first user equipment and a second channel traffic between the second user equipment and the first user equipment being triggered simultaneously and a priority of the first channel traffic being equal to a priority of the second channel traffic, determining whether each of the first channel status measurement value and the second channel status measurement value is equal to or greater than at least one threshold;
