## Abstract

A solid electrolytic capacitor element includes an anode body, a dielectric layer disposed on a surface of the anode body, a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a part of the dielectric layer, and a cathode lead-out layer covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The cathode lead-out layer includes a carbon layer that is in contact with the solid electrolyte layer and covers at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer. The carbon layer includes a carbonaceous material and a cyclodextrin compound. The cyclodextrin compound has a concentration of a saturated aqueous solution at 25° C. of 1.5 mass % or more.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A solid electrolytic capacitor element comprising:
an anode body;
a dielectric layer disposed on a surface of the anode body;
a solid electrolyte layer covering at least a part of the dielectric layer; and
a cathode lead-out layer covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer,
wherein:
the cathode lead-out layer includes a carbon layer, the carbon layer being in contact with the solid electrolyte layer and covering at least a part of the solid electrolyte layer, and
the carbon layer includes a carbonaceous material and a cyclodextrin compound, the cyclodextrin compound having a concentration of a saturated aqueous solution at 25° C. of 1.5 mass % or more.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin compound has a concentration of a saturated aqueous solution at 25° C. of 5 mass % or more.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1, wherein the cyclodextrin compound includes at least one selected from the group consisting of an α-cyclodextrin compound, a β-cyclodextrin compound, and a γ-cyclodextrin compound.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1, wherein in the carbon layer, a content ratio of the cyclodextrin compound is in a range from 5 parts by mass to 60 parts by mass, inclusive, with respect to 100 parts by mass of the carbonaceous material.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1, wherein the carbon layer further includes an aromatic compound having a sulfonic acid group.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1, wherein the cathode lead-out layer includes the carbon layer and a metal-containing layer covering at least a part of the carbon layer, and
the metal-containing layer contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a metal foil and a layer containing metal powder.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

A solid electrolytic capacitor comprising one or more solid electrolytic capacitor elements each being the solid electrolytic capacitor element according to claim 1.
