Abstract
To provide a novel polar group-containing olefin copolymer in which an enone structure is introduced into the main chain as a structural unit. A polar group-containing olefin copolymer comprising a structural unit (A) derived from one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of ethylene and an olefin containing 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a structural unit (B) represented by the following general formula (I): (Rx and Ry in the general formula (I) are as described in the Description.)
Claims8
A polar group-containing olefin copolymer comprising a structural unit (A) derived from one or more monomers selected from the group consisting of ethylene and an olefin containing 3 to 20 carbon atoms, and a structural unit (B) represented by the following general formula (I):
- where Rx and Ry are each independently a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a hydroxyl group, a formyl group, an ester group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an acyloxy group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an acyl group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkoxy group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an aryloxy group containing 6 to 30 carbon atoms, an alkylthio group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an arylthio group containing 6 to 30 carbon atoms, a nitro group, an amino group optionally being substituted with a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a silyl group optionally being substituted with a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, an amide group optionally being substituted with a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a halogen-substituted hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms, a hydrocarbon group containing 1 to 30 carbon atoms and optionally being substituted with a functional group containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom and a nitrogen atom, or a heterocyclic group optionally being substituted with a functional group containing at least one selected from the group consisting of an oxygen atom, a sulfur atom and a nitrogen atom, or Rx and Ry are optionally bound to each other to form a 4- to 10-membered ring.
