Abstract
A garment steamer includes: a water tank, configured to store water, an evaporator assembly, connected to the water tank and configured to generate steam; a water pump, configured to transfer water from the water tank to the evaporator assembly; a power input end, configured to input power to the garment steamer, a first switch, connected between the power input end and the evaporator assembly; and a microcontroller, connected to the first switch and configured to control a conduction time length of the first switch.

A garment steamer, comprising:
- a water tank, configured to store water;
- an evaporator assembly, connected to the water tank and configured to generate steam;
- a water pump, configured to transfer water from the water tank to the evaporator assembly;
- a power input end, configured to input power from an external power supply source to the garment steamer;
- a first switch, connected between the power input end and the evaporator assembly;
- and
- a microcontroller, connected to the first switch and configured to control a conduction time length of the first switch;
- wherein, the microcontroller is configured to detect a voltage of the external power supply source that is input to the garment steamer through the power input end and adjust the conduction time length of the first switch based on the input voltage;
- and as the input voltage increases, the conduction time length is reduced accordingly.
