A compound of Formula I

• wherein:
• Q is
• X is hydrogen;
• Z is N and W is O;
• R1 is hydrogen or methyl;
• R2 is methyl;
• R3 is phenyl, optionally substituted with 0, 1 or multiple R7;
• R5 is hydrogen, halo, or alkoxy, optionally substituted with 0,1, or multiple R7;
• R6 is hydrogen, —C(O) R8, or —CH2OC(O) R8;
• R7 is hydrogen, halo, or cyano;
• or R7 is alkyl, aryl, acyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, or alkoxy, each optionally substituted with 0, 1, or multiple R9;
• R8 is alkyl, alkoxy, or aryl, each optionally substituted with 0, 1, or multiple R7;
• R9 is hydrogen, alkyl, aryl, acyl, halo, alkenyl, alkoxy, or heterocyclyl;
• and
• R10 is hydrogen or alkyl, substituted with 0, 1 or multiple R7.
