Coating device with multiple oven drying mechanisms

A coating device, comprising:

• a first coating mechanism configured to form a first coating on a first surface of a substrate;
• a first oven drying mechanism arranged downstream of the first coating mechanism, the first oven drying mechanism being configured to oven dry the first coating on the first surface;
• a second coating mechanism arranged downstream of the first oven drying mechanism, the second coating mechanism being configured to form a second coating on a second surface of the substrate opposite to the first surface;
• a second oven drying mechanism arranged downstream of the second coating mechanism, the second oven drying mechanism being configured to oven dry the second coating on the second surface;
• a third oven drying mechanism arranged downstream of the second oven drying mechanism, the third oven drying mechanism being configured to oven dry the second coating on the second surface a third oven drying mechanism arranged downstream of the second oven drying mechanism, the third oven drying mechanism being configured to oven dry the second coating on the second surface, and the third oven drying mechanism comprising:
• a box body;
• a plurality of driving rollers arranged in the box body and configured to transfer the substrate;
• and
• a heating assembly arranged in the box body;
• an import roller arranged on an outer wall of the box body and configured to import the substrate into the box body;
• an export roller arranged on the outer wall of the box body and configured to export the substrate out of the box body, a position of the import roller being higher than a position of the export roller;
• and
• at least one density measuring mechanism arranged downstream of the first coating mechanism, and configured to monitor in real-time at least one of a surface density of the first coating or a surface density of the second coating, and communicate with at least one of the first coating mechanism or the second coating mechanism to perform closed-loop control of coating weight on at least one of the first surface or the second surface;
• wherein a heating power of the third oven drying mechanism is less than a heating power of the first oven drying mechanism, and is less than a heating power of the second oven drying mechanism.
