Abstract
A device for transporting a person, having a preferably concave support surface (S) extending in a longitudinal manner, on which a person can be transported, the support surface (S) having two lateral edges, and two longitudinal ends, the device further having gripping means of the device, and at least one coupling between each of the gripping means and each of the longitudinal ends, the device being such that the coupling has at least two coupling points including at least one pivot.
Claims19
A device for transporting a person, comprising
- a concave support surface extending in a longitudinal manner, on which a person can be transported, the concave support surface having two lateral edges, and two longitudinal ends,
- the device further comprising, at each of said longitudinal ends, gripping means of the device, the gripping means being removable relative to said device, the device further having, at each of said longitudinal ends, at least one coupling comprising a first coupling point between the gripping means and the longitudinal ends and a second coupling point between said gripping means and said longitudinal ends, the first coupling point
- including at least one pivot, such that said gripping means can be coupled to said longitudinal end at the first coupling point, said coupling at the first coupling point allowing a pivotal movement of said gripping means around the first coupling point for coupling said gripping means to said longitudinal end at the second coupling point,
- said coupling of the gripping means at each of said longitudinal ends further comprising locking means able to lock said gripping means to said first and second coupling points of said longitudinal ends.
