Abstract
A radial head assembly is provided that includes a collar, an articular member, an articular head component, and stem that is configured to engage the articular head component. The articular member at least partially defines an articular space within the collar when disposed in the collar.
Claims19
A radial head system comprising:
- a collar comprising a collar wall defining a first collar opening, a second collar opening, and a passage therethrough, the collar wall having an interior collar surface comprising a collar engagement feature proximate to the first collar opening;
- an articular member comprising:
- a first concave surface;
- and
- a second concave surface disposed at an end of the articular member opposite to the first concave surface;
- and
- a peripheral surface configured to be disposed between the first concave surface and the second concave surface when the peripheral surface is disposed within the interior collar surface;
- wherein the articular member at least partially defines an articular space within the collar when disposed in the collar;
- an articular head component configured to be disposed within the articular space;
- and
- a stem that is configured to engage the articular head component.
