A water hose is routed through the hollow portion between the first end and the second end. The water hose may exit the shower curtain rod through apertures located proximate the first end and the second end. The water hose includes a first end that is configured to receive water from plumbing at or near a first shower head, and a second end configured to deliver water to a second shower head. In this way, water is delivered to the second shower head through the shower curtain rod.
