Abstract
A parking system including a plurality of automated guided vehicles (AGVs), a bay, and a controller. The controller is configured to send instruction to an AGV to move into the bay to receive a target vehicle in response to receiving a parking reservation from a user device, send instruction to the AGV to navigate the target vehicle to a target parking space, and send instruction to at least a subset of the AGVs to rearrange the target vehicle based on a pick up time indicated in the parking reservation.

A parking system comprising:
- a plurality of automated guided vehicles (AGVs);
- a bay;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- send instruction to an AGV to move into the bay to receive a target vehicle in response to receiving a parking reservation from a user device;
- send instruction to the AGV to navigate the target vehicle to a target parking space of a plurality of parking spaces;
- assign a classification to each parking space based on how many vehicles need to be moved out of the way to permit a vehicle parked in an associated parking space to be moved out of the associated parking space and into the bay;
- and
- send instruction, based on a pick up time indicated in the parking reservation, to at least a subset of the AGVs to rearrange vehicles to adjust the classification of the target parking space or move the target vehicle to a candidate parking space having a different classification than the target parking space.

A parking system comprising:
- a bay configured to receive a target vehicle;
- a plurality of automated guided vehicles (AGVs) configured to transport the target vehicle between a plurality of parking spaces and the bay;
- and
- a controller configured to:
- receive a priority preference associated with the target vehicle;
- assign a classification to a plurality of parking spaces based on how many vehicles need to be moved out of the way to permit a vehicle parked in an associated parking space to be moved out of the associated parking space and into the bay;
- send instruction to an AGV to transport the target vehicle to a candidate parking space in response to determining that a priority condition for the target vehicle is satisfied based on the priority preference of the target vehicle, the candidate parking space having a different classification than the target parking space.

- operating an automated guided vehicle (AGV) of a plurality of AGVs to move into a bay to receive a target vehicle in response to receiving a parking reservation from a user device;
- operating the AGV to navigate the target vehicle from the bay to a target parking space of a plurality of parking spaces;
