Lamination device

A lamination device that is configured to laminate a plurality of types of workpieces, the lamination device comprising:

• a plurality of supply mechanisms each configured to supply a respective type of workpiece to each of a plurality of respective supply positions;
• a movement mechanism comprising a stator of a linear motor, a track and a first mover of the linear motor movable between the plurality of the supply positions along the track, the first mover comprising a holding unit configured to hold a respective workpiece supplied to a respective supply position and a lamination stage configured to laminate the respective workpiece to another workpiece;
• and
• a controller configured to control at least the first mover,
• wherein the controller is configured to correct a relative position of the respective workpiece with respect to the lamination stage and is configured to control the first mover so that the respective workpiece whose relative position is corrected is laminated on the lamination stage while the holding unit holds the respective workpiece supplied to the respective supply position and while the first mover moves to and stops at a next one of the plurality of supply positions.
