Provided is a cushion partially or entirely composed of a foam, wherein the foam is composed of: a hydrocarbon-based oil including ethylene and α-olefin as constituent units; and a polymer composition including one or a plurality of polymers.

A shoe comprising a shoe sole that comprises a cushion partially or entirely composed of a foam, wherein
- the foam is composed of:
- a hydrocarbon-based oil comprising ethylene and α-olefin as constituent units;
- and
- a polymer composition comprising one or a plurality of polymers, and
- the polymer composition comprises inorganic fillers at a ratio of 1 mass % or more and 20 mass % or less based on the total mass of the one or plurality of polymers, and
- a kinetic viscosity of the hydrocarbon-based oil at 40° C. is 500 mm2/s or greater.
