An isolated guide RNA (gRNA) that targets a mutant human guanylate cyclase 2D (GUCY2D) allele, wherein the gRNA comprises a CRISPR RNA (crRNA) consisting of the nucleic acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 237, 238, 241, 242, 247, 248, 293, 294, 307, 413, 414, 417, 418, or 3011.
