Dynamic asset management system and methods for generating interactive simulations representing assets based on automatically generated asset records

A system comprising:

• at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores processor-readable instructions;
• and
• at least one processor, coupled to the at least one non-transitory computer-readable storage medium, to execute the processor-readable instructions to generate an interactive user interface for an asset, wherein generating the interactive user interface comprises:
• generating a user interface providing augmented reality at a display that presents supplemental information overlaid on top of an environment, wherein the asset is a physical object located at a location within the environment, wherein the user interface presents an augmented simulation with one or more simulated representations associated with the asset along with the supplemental information that supplements or augments the one or more simulated representations associated with the asset, wherein the supplemental information is extracted from a record associated with the asset;
• and
• in response to user interaction within the user interface, triggering an action associated with a workflow to generate information about the asset within the user interface overlaid on top of the environment.
