A gripper for a device for at least one of forming and laminating a film element, the gripper comprising:

• a gripper chassis, a gripper head arranged on the gripper;
• at least two gripper jaw elements arranged opposite one another and configured, to be movable along at least one degree of and configured to grip the film element;
• at least one drive device configured and arranged to adjust the at least one-axis of movement;
• wherein the at least two gripper jaw elements are configured to grip the film element thereby enabling the forming and laminating of the film element;
• wherein at least one of the gripper jaw elements has temperature-regulating means configured to regulate temperature;
• wherein the gripper head is configured to move with respect to the gripper chassis in at least with one-axis of movement;
• wherein the gripper head is movable with respect to at least one spatial axis, which is different from spatial axes of the gripper chassis;
• wherein the gripper head is configured to adjust three-dimensionally relative to the gripper chassis and* wherein the gripper head is configured to adjust three-dimensionally relative to the gripper chassis;
• wherein gripper head is configured to rotate about an axis of rotation by means of a rotary drive;
• wherein the gripper head is configured to adjust three-dimensionally relative to the gripper chassis.
