Abstract
Provided herein are compositions and methods of making high density nucleic acid polymers.
Claims30
A copolymer having the formula:
- R1-[M(O)]n-[M(P)]m—R2
- wherein,
- n and m are each an integer from 2 to 1000, provided that n is greater than m;
- Olig is independently an oligonucleotide covalently attached directly to M or to M through a covalent linker;
- HM is independently a hydrophobic moiety covalently attached to M;
- and
- R1 and R2 are independently terminal polymer moieties.
