- wherein the bone, joint, muscle and connective tissue related inflammatory disease is eosinophilic granuloma, arthritis, arthralgia, osteomyelitis, dermatomyositis, fasciitis, Paget's disease, gout, periodontal disease, rheumatoid arthritis, myasthenia gravis, ankylosing spondylitis, or synovitis.
