Abstract
A composite plate includes a first plate (5); a second plate (16); and a first side surface of the first plate (5) including striations. A first side surface of the second plate (16) and the first side surface of the first plate (5) are rolled to connect, and wherein adjacent striations (14) have a pitch of 0.005 mm to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of all the striations (14).
Claims20
A composite plate, characterized by comprising:
- a first plate (5);
- a second plate (16);
- a first side surface of the first plate (5) including striations, wherein a first side surface of the second plate (16) and the first side surface of the first plate (5) are connected by rolling the first plate (5) and the second plate (16), and wherein adjacent striations (14) have a pitch of 0.005 mm to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of all the striations (14).
A composite plate, characterized by comprising:
- a first plate (5);
- a second plate (16);
- a first side surface of the first plate (5) including striations, wherein a first side surface of the second plate (16) and the first side surface of the first plate (5) are connected by rolling the first plate (5) and the second plate (16), and wherein adjacent striations (14) have a pitch of 0.01 mm to 0.02 mm account for more than 50% of all the striations (14).
A method for manufacturing a composite plate, characterized by comprising steps of:
- rubbing a first side surface of a first plate (5) with a roughening friction roller (3) to form striations (14), wherein adjacent striations (14) have a pitch of 0.005 mm to 0.03 mm account for more than 90% of all the striations;
- and
- rolling the first plate (5) and a second plate (16) to obtain the composite plate by connecting a first side surface of the second plate (16) and the first side surface of the first plate (5).
