Abstract
An injectable, flowable composition, kits that include the same, and methods of medical treatment of a mammal (e.g., human) that include the administration of the same are provided.
Claims16
A kit comprising:
- (a) a first container comprising microparticles comprising an active pharmaceutical ingredient agent and at least one polymer, wherein the microparticles have a d90 of less than about 7 μm wherein at least one polymer comprises a block copolymer comprising a polyethylene glycol (PEG) block, and the active pharmaceutical ingredient agent is present in a weight of up to about 40% the weight of the total polymer;
- and
- (b) a second container comprising a carrier vehicle.
