Abstract
Polyethylene glycol derivatives of the following formula I and uses thereof are disclosed. A method for manufacturing the polyethylene glycol derivatives is also disclosed.

A polyethylene glycol compound represented by Formula 1 below, a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:
- wherein, in Formula 1 above,
- R1 is aldehyde;
- each of L1 and L3 is independently a linear or branched C1-6 alkylene;
- L2 is a linear or branched C3-6 alkylene;
- R2 is ortho-pyridyl disulfide (OPSS);
- and
- n is an integer of 10 to 2400.
