Plant cover device with upper end and lower tubular end and related methods

A plant cover assembly comprising:

• a plant;
• a pole extending vertically from a surface adjacent the plant;
• and
• an enclosure to be positioned over the pole and the plant, the enclosure comprising
• an upper end comprising a sealed apex and defining a plant-receiving cavity therein, the pole to abut the sealed apex,
• a lower tubular end opposite the upper end,
• a medial seam coupling the upper end and the lower tubular end and comprising an annular sleeve, and
• a curved flexible memoryless support carried within the annular sleeve of the medial seam,
• the upper end comprising a major mesh surface, and a seam extending along a peripheral edge of the major mesh surface,
• the lower tubular end comprising a major mesh surface and having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end being coupled to the medial seam, the lower tubular end also partially defining the plant-receiving cavity therein,
• the second end of the lower tubular end comprising
• a solid section at a lowermost end of the lower tubular end, and
• a drawstring coupling the solid section to a trunk of the plant, sealing in the plant-receiving cavity.

A method of covering a plant with a plant cover device, the method comprising:

• providing the plant cover device with an enclosure comprising
• an upper end comprising a sealed apex and defining a plant-receiving cavity therein,
• a lower tubular end opposite the upper end, and
• a medial seam coupling the upper end and the lower tubular end, and
• a curved flexible memoryless support carried by the medial seam,
• the upper end comprising a major mesh surface, and a seam extending along a peripheral edge of the major mesh surface,
• the lower tubular end comprising a major mesh surface and having a first end and a second end opposite the first end, the first end being coupled to the medial seam, the lower tubular end also partially defining the plant-receiving cavity therein;
• positioning the plant within the plant cover device by lowering the enclosure over the plant;
• and
• suspending the enclosure with a support extending vertically from a ground surface to abut the sealed apex of the enclosure.
