Water repellent agent composition and method for producing water repellent fiber product

A water repellent agent composition comprising a compound represented by the following General Formula (1) and a silicone resin:

• wherein in Formula (1), R31 represents a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 4 to 30 carbon atoms, R32 represents a hydrogen, a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, or an organic group represented by —R36—N(R37)—R38 (in the formula, R36 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, and R37 and R38 each independently represent a hydrogen or a monovalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms), R33 represents a divalent hydrocarbon group having 1 to 30 carbon atoms, one of R34 and R35 represents hydrogen, an alkyl group with 1 to 22 carbon atoms, or an alkenyl group with 2 to 22 carbon atoms, while another of R34 and R35 represents hydrogen, a represents an integer of 0 to 2, and when a is 2, the plurality of R32 and R33 each may be identical or different, and the silicone resin contains MQ, MDQ, MTQ, or MDTQ as a constituent, wherein M, D, T, and Q represent a (R″)3SiO0.5 unit, a (R″)2SiO unit, a R″SiO1.5 unit, and a SiO2 unit, respectively, and wherein R″ represents a monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms or a monovalent aromatic hydrocarbon group having 6 to 15 carbon atoms.
