Abstract
Materials and methods for using polypeptides containing fragments and variants of the antibody(ies) or portion(s) thereof that bind CD25 to treat cancer alone or in combination with other anti-neoplastic agents.
Claims22
A humanized anti-CD25 or binding fragment thereof that binds human CD25, which comprises:
- a variable heavy chain comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 1 or 9 and comprises complementarity determining regions (CDRs) identical to the CDRs in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 1 or 9;
- and
- a variable light chain comprising an amino acid sequence that is at least 95% identical to SEQ ID NO:
- 4 or 11 and comprises complementarity determining regions (CDRs) identical to the CDRs in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:
- 4 or 11.
