## Abstract

A computing device of a communication network may generate a first connection context that can manage a first voice connection between a first device and a second device. A signal may be received over the first connection context indicative of a request by the first device. In response, the computing device may connect the first device to a second connection context that can manage a second voice connection between the first device and an automated service such as a communication bot. The first device can transmit natural language requests to the automated service. The automated service facilitates execution of the natural language requests by the computing device.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method comprising:
generating a first connection context configured to manage a first voice connection between a first device and a second device;
receiving, by the first connection context, a signal over the first voice connection, the signal indicative of a request by the first device;
connecting, in response to receiving the signal, the first device to a second connection context, the second connection context being configured to manage a second voice connection between the first device and a third device, and wherein connecting the first device to the second connection context causes the first device to be disconnected from the first connection context;
receiving, by the second connection context, a command interpreted from a communication associated with the first device; and
connecting, in response to executing the command, the third device to the second connection context which causes the second device to be disconnected from the second connection context.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the first connection context filters the signal to prevent the signal from being detected by the second device.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the signal is an audible tone detected by a dual-tone multi-frequency system.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the third device includes an automated communication service configured to interact with the first device using natural language.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising:
connecting the first device to the first connection context, the first device being configured to resume communications with the second device.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, further comprising:
connecting an automated service to the first connection context, the automated service being configured to transmit content to the second device.

### Claim 7

A system comprising:
one or more processors; and
a machine-readable storage medium storing instructions that when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including:
generating a first connection context configured to manage a first voice connection between a first device and a second device;
receiving, by the first connection context, a signal over the first voice connection, the signal indicative of a request by the first device;
connecting, in response to receiving the signal, the first device to a second connection context, the second connection context being configured to manage a second voice connection between the first device and a third device, and wherein connecting the first device to the second connection context causes the first device to be disconnected from the first connection context;
receiving, by the second connection context, a command interpreted from a communication associated with the first device; and
connecting, in response to executing the command, the third device to the second connection context which causes the second device to be disconnected from the second connection context.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The system of claim 7, wherein the first connection context filters the signal to prevent the signal from being detected by the second device.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The system of claim 7, wherein the signal is an audible tone detected by a dual-tone multi-frequency system.

### Claim 10 (depends on 7)

The system of claim 7, wherein the third device includes an automated communication service configured to interact with the first device using natural language.

### Claim 11 (depends on 7)

The system of claim 7, wherein the operations further include:
connecting the first device to the first connection context, the first device being configured to resume communications with the second device.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The system of claim 7, wherein the operations further include:
connecting an automated service to the first connection context, the automated service being configured to transmit content to the second device.

### Claim 13

A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium storing instructions that when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations including:
generating a first connection context configured to manage a first voice connection between a first device and a second device;
receiving, by the first connection context, a signal over the first voice connection, the signal indicative of a request by the first device;
connecting, in response to receiving the signal, the first device to a second connection context, the second connection context being configured to manage a second voice connection between the first device and a third device, and wherein connecting the first device to the second connection context causes the first device to be disconnected from the first connection context;
receiving, by the second connection context, a command interpreted from a communication associated with the first device; and
connecting, in response to executing the command, the third device to the second connection context which causes the second device to be disconnected from the second connection context.

### Claim 14 (depends on 13)

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the first connection context filters the signal to prevent the signal from being detected by the second device.

### Claim 15 (depends on 13)

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the signal is an audible tone detected by a dual-tone multi-frequency system.

### Claim 16 (depends on 13)

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the third device includes an automated communication service configured to interact with the first device using natural language.

### Claim 17 (depends on 13)

The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 13, wherein the operations further include:
connecting the first device to the first connection context, the first device being configured to resume communications with the second device.
