Abstract
A carbon nanotube composite structure includes a carbon nanotube and a film-like structure. The carbon nanotube includes a p-type portion and an n-type portion. The film-like structure is a molybdenum disulfide film or a tungsten disulfide film, and the film-like structure covers the n-type portion.
Claims14
A carbon nanotube composite structure, comprising:
- a carbon nanotube comprising a plurality of p-type portions and a plurality of n-type portions alternately arranged;
- and
- a film-like structure, wherein the film-like structure is a molybdenum disulfide film or a tungsten disulfide film, and the film-like structure covers the n-type portion.
A carbon nanotube composite structure, comprising:
- a plurality of carbon nanotubes, wherein each of the plurality of carbon nanotubes comprises a p-type portion and an n-type portion;
- and
- a film-like structure, wherein the film-like structure is a molybdenum disulfide film or a tungsten disulfide film, and the film-like structure covers the n-type portion.
