## Claims

### Claim 1

An antibody that specifically binds to human αvβ8 and that comprises heavy chain complementarity determining regions (CDRs) SEQ ID NO:299, SEQ ID NO:301, and SEQ ID NO:303; and light chain CDRs SEQ ID NO:307, SEQ ID NO:309, and SEQ ID NO:311.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The antibody of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising SEQ ID NO: 297.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The antibody of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises a light chain variable region comprising SEQ ID NO: 305.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The antibody of claim 1, wherein the antibody comprises a heavy chain variable region comprising SEQ ID NO: 297 and a light chain variable region comprising SEQ ID NO: 305.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)
