## Abstract

The present disclosure provides pyrimidine dione compounds of Formula I and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, for treating cancer, including solid tumors either-used alone or in combination with other anti-cancer agents.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A compound selected from the group consisting of:

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The compound of claim 1, which is:
or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

A pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of claim 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or excipient.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 3, further comprising one or more additional therapeutic agents.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 4, wherein the additional therapeutic agent is independently an anti-neoplastic agent, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or resection therapy.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

The pharmaceutical composition of claim 5, wherein the additional therapeutic agent is independently rituxan, doxorubicin, gemcitabine, nivolumab, pembrolizumab, nivolumab, atezolizumab or ipilimumab.
