determining a second individualized treatment index score for the initial dental model using the second differences.

### Claim 5 (depends on 4)

The system of claim 4, wherein the method further comprises:
comparing the first individualized treatment index score and the second individualized treatment index score; and
determining an improvement of the treatment outcome dental model relative to the target dental model, the improvement based on the comparison of the first individualized treatment index score and the second individualized treatment index score.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The system of claim 1, wherein calculating the individualized treatment index score comprises comparing the differences between the contact points of the target dental model and the contact points of the treatment outcome dental model by:
calculating a matching transform from at least a portion of the target dental model to at least a corresponding portion of the treatment outcome dental model; and
applying the matching transform to the dental references of the target dental model and the treatment outcome dental model.

### Claim 7 (depends on 6)

The system of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises comparing first locations of the dental references of the target dental model and second locations of the treatment outcome dental model by projecting at least one dental reference from the at least the portion of the target dental model to the at least the corresponding portion of the treatment outcome dental model.
