Electronic device including sensor panel

An electronic device, comprising:

• a housing;
• a display;
• a sensor panel disposed between the display and the housing and configured to sense input information of a stylus pen;
• and
• a fingerprint sensor disposed between the sensor panel and the display,
• wherein the sensor panel includes:
• a first sensor panel including an opening area, and
• a second sensor panel configured to overlap the fingerprint sensor and disposed to cover at least part of the opening area, the second sensor panel being electrically connected with the first sensor panel, and
• wherein the second sensor panel includes:
• a first circuit board including a first sub-board and a second sub-board, at least part of the first sub-board and at least part of the second sub-board being spaced apart from each other to form a receiving space;
• and
• a second circuit board, at least part of which is accommodated in the receiving space and surrounded by the first circuit board, wherein a volume of the second circuit board in the receiving space is smaller than the receiving space.
