Support base for photovoltaic panels

A ground-mounted support base comprising:

• opposed first and second ends both comprising a first length, where the first end defines a first height and the second end defines a second height less than the first height;
• an upper face extending angularly downward from an upper side of the first end to an upper side of the second end, the upper face including at least a first connector platform disposed at a first corner formed at the first end, a bottom face extending between the first and second ends, the bottom face including at least a second connector platform inwardly spaced from a second corner formed at the second end;
• a first leg having a height, the first leg connected to the first connector platform with a plurality of retainer pins on one side of the first leg;
• a second leg having the height, the second leg connected to the second connector platform with a plurality of retainer pins on one side of the second leg;
• and
• a set of clips snapped in place on another side of the first leg and on another side of the second leg, where the clips engage with a frame around a photovoltaic panel, and where the photovoltaic panel is angled at least 5 degrees relative to the bottom face when engaged with the clips.
