Abstract
Interpolymers useful for enhancing the efficacy of nutrients in soil and fertilizers; and methods of inhibiting the precipitation of, and/or dispersing, inorganic elements.

A composition for enhancing the availability of nutrients in soil, comprising:
- (a) a precipitation inhibiting or dispersing interpolymer comprising Structures A, B, C, and D:
- wherein:
- Y is H;
- Z is COOX;
- X is Na or K;
- R2, R12, and R14 are each independently H;
- R3 is H;
- R4 is (—C(CH3)2—CH2—);
- and
- R13 is (—C(CH2)CH2OH) or (—CH2CH(CH3)OH);
- and
- W is N(H)(C(CH3)2—CH3;
- and
- (b) citric acid.
