A gas-barrier composition including nanocellulose containing at least one of a sulfuric acid group, a sulfo group, or a phosphoric acid group; and a reactive crosslinking agent.
Claims9
A gas-barrier composition comprising:
- cellulose nanocrystal containing at least one of a sulfuric acid group or a sulfo group;
- and a reactive crosslinking agent, wherein the reactive crosslinking agent is polyvalent carboxylic acid and is present in an amount of 10 to 30 parts by mass per 100 parts by mass of the cellulose nanocrystal (solid content).
