Additive formulation for reduction or prevention of microbially induced corrosion in concrete or cementitious material

A formulation comprising:

• a material that is in a wet-state in which the material is an uncured concrete, an uncured cementitious material, or a combination thereof,
• a Quat Silane that cures on and/or within the material,
• a fungicide selected from the group consisting of Sodium OrthophenylPhenol, Imazalil Sulphate, diiodomethyl-p-tolylsulfone, carbamate, isothiazolinone, azole, chlorothalonil, zinc pyrithione, copper pyrithione, sodium pyrithione, and a combination thereof,
• a defoamer from about 2 weight % to about 25 weight % of the amount of the Quat Silane in the formulation,
• wherein the ratio of the Quat Silane to the fungicide in the formulation is in a range of about 5:1 to about 1:5.
