An insulative material comprising a polypropylene base resin that is 50-95 wt % of the insulative material, the polypropylene base resin comprising a high melt strength polypropylene and a polypropylene homopolymer,
- a secondary resin that is 5-30% of the insulative material, the secondary resin comprising a second polypropylene homopolymer, and
- a chemical blowing agent that is up to about 10 wt % of the insulative material,
- a nucleating agent that is about 0.5-10 wt % of the insulative material, and
- regrind of the insulative material,
- wherein the insulative material is non-aromatic, cellular, and has a density of about 0.01 g/cm3 to about 0.19 g/cm3.
