Communication apparatus, control method for controlling the same, and storage medium

A method for a communication apparatus that communicates with an information processing apparatus, the method comprising:

• executing operation in a setup mode in which the communication apparatus communicates with the information processing apparatus and acquires connection information for the communication apparatus to connect to an access point from the information processing apparatus,
• wherein
• operation in the setup mode using a first protocol and operation in the setup mode using a second protocol different from the first protocol are performed in parallel, and
• the operation in the setup mode using the second protocol is stopped in a case where getting connected to the access point is performed through the operation in the setup mode using the first protocol.

A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium claim for causing a computing device to perform a process, the process comprising:

• executing operation in a setup mode in which the communication apparatus communicates with the information processing apparatus and acquires connection information for the communication apparatus to connect to an access point from the information processing apparatus,
• wherein
• operation in the setup mode using a first protocol and operation in the setup mode using a second protocol different from the first protocol are performed in parallel, and
• the operation in the setup mode using the second protocol is stopped in a case where getting connected to the access point is performed through the operation in the setup mode using the first protocol.
