• the intermittent fabric operation apparatus comprises a rack (5), a rotary fabric belt (4), and a roller set (2) disposed on the rack (6), the roller set (2) is wound with the rotary fabric belt (4), and the rotary fabric belt is configured to pass through a space between the two wrapping mechanisms (3).
