Abstract
Disclosed are live, chimeric non-human Mononegavirales vectors that allow a cell to express at least one protein from at least one human pathogen. In addition, compositions comprising the vectors, methods and kits for eliciting an immune response in a host, and methods of making the vectors are disclosed, in accordance with embodiments of the invention.
Claims19
A live, chimeric murine pneumonia virus (MPV) vector which allows a cell to express at least one protein from at least one human pathogen, wherein the at least one human pathogen is a virus.
A method of making a live, chimeric murine pneumonia virus (MPV) vector which allows a cell to express at least one protein from at least one human pathogen, comprising inserting a non-native gene that encodes at least one protein from at least one human pathogen in a MPV vector, wherein the at least one human pathogen is a virus.
