Abstract
The present invention relates to an adenoviral vector comprising a regulatable Major Late Promoter and an exogenous transgene. The invention also provides cells comprising such adenoviral vectors, and processes using such vectors.
Claims16
An adenoviral vector comprising a repressible Major Late Promoter (MLP) and a plurality of adenoviral late genes, wherein the MLP comprises one or more repressor elements which are capable of regulating or controlling transcription of the adenoviral late genes, and wherein the nucleotide sequence of the MLP consists of the nucleotide sequence set forth in SEQ ID NO:
- 6 or 7.
The adenoviral vector as claimed in 5, wherein the transgene encodes Norovirus VP1 or Hepatitis B HBSAG.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
