Abstract
A system and method for interaction monitoring in a retail environment that includes executing a first monitoring system and thereby generating a first evaluation of customer selection of items; executing a second monitoring system and thereby generating a second evaluation of customer selection of items; determining monitoring alignment between the first evaluation and the second evaluation of a first customer; and triggering an action in response to the monitoring alignment.
Claims20
A method for interaction monitoring in a retail environment comprising:
- executing a user application monitoring system, comprising collecting item selection through a user interface of a user application operable on a computing device and generating a checkout list and thereby generating a first independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a first set of sensors;
- executing a second monitoring system and thereby generating a second independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a second set of sensors;
- determining, based on the first independent evaluation of customer selection of items and the second independent evaluation of customer selection of items, monitoring alignment by scoring a degree of agreement between the first independent evaluation and the second independent evaluation of a first customer;
- and
- triggering an action in response to the monitoring alignment.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by one or more computer processors, cause the one or more computer processors to execute:
- executing a user application monitoring system, comprising collecting item selection through a user interface of a user application operable on a computing device and generating a checkout list on and thereby generating a first independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a first set of sensors;
- executing a second monitoring system and thereby generating a second independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a second set of sensors;
- determining, based on the first independent evaluation of customer selection of items and the second independent evaluation of customer selection of items, monitoring alignment by scoring a degree of agreement between the first independent evaluation and the second independent evaluation of a first customer;
- and
- triggering an action in response to the monitoring alignment.
A system comprising of:
- a user application monitoring system operable on a computing device;
- a second monitoring system;
- one or more computer-readable mediums storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the one or more computer processors, cause the one or more computer processors to perform execution comprising:
- executing the user application monitoring system, comprising collecting item selection through a user interface of a user application operable on a computing device and generating a checkout list and thereby generating a first independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a first set of sensors,
- executing the second monitoring system and thereby generating a second independent evaluation of customer selection of items from a second set of sensors,
- determining, based on the first independent evaluation of customer selection of items and the second independent evaluation of customer selection of items, monitoring alignment by scoring a degree of agreement between the first independent evaluation and the second independent evaluation of a first customer, and
- triggering an action in response to the monitoring alignment.
