Abstract
Provided is a vacuum adiabatic body. To reduce a heat transfer amount between two plates, the vacuum adiabatic body includes: a conductive resistance sheet connecting plate members to each other, an exhaust port through which a gas of a third space is exhausted, and a sealing frame covering a conductive resistance sheet. A virtual line connecting both end portions of the conductive resistance sheet to each other is installed to be obliquely inclined when at least one extension direction of a first plate member or a second plate member is viewed in a horizontal direction.

A refrigerator comprising:
- a main body having a vacuum adiabatic body to form a storage space, wherein the vacuum adiabatic body includes:
- a first plate;
- and
- a second plate, at least a portion of the second plate being spaced apart from the first plate in a first direction to define a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate;
- a door provided to open and close an opening of the main body to allow access to the storage space;
- a gasket installed on one of the door or the main body;
- and
- a frame provided between the vacuum space and a portion of the door, the frame including a wall that contacts the gasket when the door closes the opening and that separates from the gasket when the door opens the opening,
- wherein the wall of the frame has a surface that is inclined with respect to an extension direction of at least one of the first plate or the second plate.
A refrigerator comprising:
- a main body having a vacuum adiabatic body to form a storage space, wherein the vacuum adiabatic body includes:
- a first plate;
- and
- a second plate, at least a portion of the second plate being spaced apart from the first plate in a first direction to define a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate;
- a door provided to open and close an opening of the main body to allow access to the storage space;
- a gasket installed on one of the door or the main body;
- and
- a frame provided between the vacuum space and a portion of the door, the frame including a wall that contacts the gasket when the door closes the opening and that separates from the gasket when the door opens the opening,
- wherein the gasket includes:
- a gasket body contacting the frame to seal between the door and the main body when the door is closed, at least a portion of the gasket body being inclined with respect to an extension direction of at least one of the first plate or the second plate.
A vacuum adiabatic body comprising:
- a main body having a vacuum adiabatic body to form a storage space configured to store items, wherein the vacuum adiabatic body includes:
- a first plate;
- and
- a second plate, at least a portion of the second plate being spaced apart from the first plate in a first direction to define a vacuum space between the first plate and the second plate;
- a gasket installed on one of the door or the main body;
- and
- a frame provided between the vacuum space and a portion of the door, the frame including a wall that contacts the gasket when the door closes the opening,
- wherein the wall is spaced apart from and does not contact the first and second plates.
