EGFR inhibitor compounds

A compound of Formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein Formula (I) has the structure:

• R1 is selected from hydroxy and an unsubstituted C1-4 alkoxy;
• R2
• wherein R2A is an unsubstituted bicyclo pentyl, a fluoro-substituted bicyclo pentyl, a chloro-substituted bicyclo pentyl or a cyano-substituted bicyclo pentyl;
• and wherein R2 is optionally substituted with one or more substituents independently selected from halogen, cyano, an unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl, an unsubstituted C1-4 haloalkyl, an unsubstituted C1-4 alkoxy, an alkyl substituted mono-substituted amine and an alkyl substituted di-substituted amine;
• R3 is a substituted C1-4 alkyl, wherein R3 is substituted with —(CR6AR6B)nNR7AR7B;
• X1 is NR4;
• R4 is selected from hydrogen and an unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl;
• R6A and R6B are each hydrogen;
• R7A and R7B are independently selected from hydrogen and an unsubstituted C1-4 alkyl;
• A1 is CR8;
• R8 is selected from hydrogen, fluoro, chloro and cyano;
• m is 1;
• and
• n is 0 or 1.
