A lithium adsorption molded body includes a lithium adsorbent and a copolymer including a repeating unit represented by and a repeating unit represented by in which R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or a C1 to C10 alkyl group.

A lithium adsorption molded body comprising:
- a lithium adsorbent;
- and
- a copolymer including a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 and a repeating unit represented by the following Chemical Formula 2,
- (in the Chemical Formulas 1 and 2, R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen or a C1 to C10 alkyl group).
