## Abstract

The present specification provides a method for receiving downlink control information performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, wherein the method is characterized in that the downlink control information is received from a base station and includes minimum applicable scheduling offset information, and the minimum applicable scheduling offset information informs a minimum applicable slot offset and receives a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) from the base station on a slot having a slot offset value equal to or greater than a value of the minimum applicable slot offset.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for receiving downlink control information in a wireless communication system, the method performed by a user equipment (UE) and comprising:
receiving, from a base station, the downlink control information; and
receiving, from the base station, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) based on the downlink control information,
wherein the downlink control information includes minimum applicable scheduling offset information, and
wherein the minimum applicable scheduling offset information informs the UE of a minimum applicable slot offset,
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is an offset related to the UE not being expected to receive the PDSCH based on a slot offset smaller than the minimum applicable slot offset, and
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is not applied based on a default PDSCH time domain resource allocation being used and a PDSCH transmission being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI) or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the UE receives the PDSCH based on the default PDSCH time domain resource allocation.

### Claim 3 (depends on 2)

The method of claim 2, wherein the UE receives the PDSCH based on a slot offset defined in the default PDSCH time domain resource allocation.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the UE receives the PDSCH in a slot after in which the downlink control information is received plus the slot offset.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein, based on the default PDSCH time domain resource allocation being used and a PDSCH transmission being scheduled with the C-RNTI, the C-RNTI or the MCS-C-RNTI in a UE specific search space (USS) and the common search space associated with a CORESET except for the CORESET 0, the UE does not apply the minimum applicable slot offset.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the UE receives minimum applicable slot offset candidate information from the base station based on higher layer signaling.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the downlink control information is downlink control information (DCI) format 1_1, and wherein DCI format 1_1 schedules the PDSCH.

### Claim 8

A user equipment (UE) comprising:
a transceiver;
at least one memory; and
at least one processor operatively connected to the at least one memory and the transceiver,
wherein the processor is configured to:
control the transceiver to receive, from a base station, downlink control information; and
control the transceiver to receive, from the base station, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) based on the downlink control information,
wherein the downlink control information includes minimum applicable scheduling offset information, and
wherein the minimum applicable scheduling offset information informs the UE of a minimum applicable slot offset,
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is an offset related to the UE not being expected to receive the PDSCH based on a slot offset smaller than the minimum applicable slot offset, and
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is not applied based on a default PDSCH time domain resource allocation being used and a PDSCH transmission being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI) or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The UE of claim 8, wherein the UE receives the PDSCH based on the default PDSCH time domain resource allocation.

### Claim 10 (depends on 9)

The UE of claim 9, wherein the UE receives the PDSCH based on a slot offset defined in the default PDSCH time domain resource allocation.

### Claim 11

A processor configured to:
control a transceiver to receive, from a base station, downlink control information; and
control the transceiver to receive, from the base station, a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) based on the downlink control information,
wherein the downlink control information includes minimum applicable scheduling offset information, and
wherein the minimum applicable scheduling offset information informs the UE of a minimum applicable slot offset,
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is an offset related to the UE not being expected to receive the PDSCH based on a slot offset smaller than the minimum applicable slot offset, and
wherein the minimum applicable slot offset is not applied based on a default PDSCH time domain resource allocation being used and a PDSCH transmission being scheduled with a cell-radio network temporary identity (C-RNTI), a configured scheduling-RNTI (CS-RNTI) or a modulation and coding scheme-cell-RNTI (MCS-C-RNTI) in a common search space associated with a control resource set (CORESET) 0.
