## Abstract

Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving data between a user equipment (UE) and a base station in a narrowband wireless communication system. Specifically, the method includes transmitting, to the UE, a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration via RRC signalling, receiving, from the UE, uplink data on the PUR when the UE is in an idle mode, and transmitting, to the UE, a feedback for the uplink data, wherein the feedback is configured to be transmitted on an NPDCCH after a specific time has passed from the PUR reception.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method for transmitting, by a base station, a feedback in a narrowband (NB)-Internet of Things (IoT) system, the method comprising:
transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling;
receiving, from the UE in an idle mode, uplink data on the PUR ending in subframe n; and
transmitting, to the UE, Downlink Control Information (DCI) related to a feedback for the uplink data through a narrowband physical downlink control channel (DCCH) in a feedback window whose a starting subframe is a Downlink (DL) subframe after 4 DL subframes from the subframe n, such that monitoring of the UE for the feedback window is stopped after the transmission of the DCI,
wherein a first state of a specific field included in the DCI is related to the feedback, and a second state of the specific field is related to a fallback indication for the UE.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1, wherein the DCI related to the feedback for the uplink data is transmitted on a carrier based on the PUR configuration.

### Claim 3

A method for receiving, by a user equipment (UE), a feedback in a narrowband (NB)-Internet of Things (IoT) system, the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station, a preconfigured uplink (UL) resource (PUR) configuration via radio resource control (RRC) signaling;
while in an idle mode, transmitting, to the base station, uplink data on the PUR ending in subframe n; and
receiving, from the base station, Control Information (DCI) related to a feedback for the uplink data through a narrowband physical downlink control channel (NPDCCH) in a feedback window whose a starting subframe is a Downlink (DL) subframe after 4 DL subframes from the subframe n, such that monitoring of the UE for the feedback window is stopped after the transmission of the DCI,
wherein a first state of a specific field included in the DCI is related to the feedback, and a second state of the specific field is related to a fallback indication for the UE.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The method of claim 3, wherein the DCI related to the feedback for the uplink data is transmitted on a carrier based on the PUR configuration.

### Claim 5

A base station transmitting a feedback in a narrowband (NB)-Internet of Things (IoT) system, the base station comprising:
a radio frequency (RF) module configured to transmit and receive a radio signal; and
