Airforming constructive system

A method of forming an architectural structure, the method comprising:

• forming one or more fluid escape outlets in a support mold, wherein the support mold includes a flexible and inflatable material;
• filling substantially the support mold with a fluid structural material such that the fluid structural material takes the full shape of the support mold, wherein another fluid escapes from the support mold through the one or more fluid escape outlets during the filling;
• and
• allowing the fluid structural material to harden within the filled support mold, wherein the hardened structural material forms an architectural structure that includes at least a first structural portion having a first curved and non-planar geometry and a second structural portion having a second curved and non-planar geometry that is substantially different than the first curved and non-planar geometry.

A method of forming an architectural structure, the method comprising:

• inflating a first support mold with inflating fluid;
• filling substantially the inflated first support mold with fluid structural material at one or more inlets such that the fluid structural material takes the full shape of the inflated first support mold, wherein the inflating fluid escapes from the first support mold through one or more outlets while filling the inflated first support mold;
• allowing the fluid structural material to harden within the filled first support mold, wherein the hardened structural material forms a first portion of the architectural structure;
• inflating a second support mold with inflating fluid, wherein the second support mold is located proximate the first support mold;
• filling the inflated second support mold with fluid structural material at one or more inlets, wherein the inflating fluid escapes from the second support mold through one or more outlets while filling the inflated second support mold;
• and
• allowing the fluid structural material to harden within the filled second support mold, wherein the hardened structural material forms a second portion of the architectural structure that is proximate the first portion.
