## Abstract

A hydraulic fracture fluid is provided. The fluid can include a liquid solvent, one or more surfactants, a proppant-forming compound, and one or more curing agents. The liquid reacts to form proppant in-situ under downhole conditions.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A method of hydraulic fracturing comprising
formulating a hydraulic fracturing fluid comprising:
a liquid solvent comprising seawater;
at least one surfactant comprising an alkoxylate based surfactant and an ethoxylated isotridecanol based surfactant;
a liquid phase proppant-forming compound comprising a modified bisphenol A epoxy resin;
at least one curing agent comprising an amine modified curing agent; and
injecting the hydraulic fracturing fluid into a wellbore;
generating a product of agglomerated individual solid beads from the alkoxylate based surfactant and the ethoxylated isotridecanol based surfactant in the hydraulic fracturing fluid in-situ under down hole conditions; and
forming pillars from islands generated by the product of in-situ formed agglomerated individual solid beads in a two-dimensional structure capable of maintaining conductive fractures in a downhole environment.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 wherein the alkoxylate based surfactant is polysorbate 20.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 wherein the ethoxylated isotridecanol based surfactant further comprises 1-5% solvent naphtha and 0.1-1% by weight naphthalene.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 wherein the modified bisphenol A epoxy resin comprises 90-100% by weight phenol, 4-(1-methylethylidene) Bis, Polymer with (Chloromethane) Oxerane, 1-5% by weight epoxidize diluent reactive, 0-10% by weight epoxidize cresylglyciderether modified, and 0.1-0.5% by weight non-silicone additive.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 wherein the amine modified curing agent comprises 5-15% by weight benzyl alcohol, 15-35% by weight isophoromediamine adduct, and 50-60% by weight aliphatic amine adduct.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The method of claim 1 wherein an effective liquid to solid conversion rate is greater than 95%.
