## Abstract

A programmer configured to collect data from an implantable pulse generator about ongoing neurostimulation being applied during a stimulation titration process by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry; display, via a user interface, an indication relating to a timing of neurostimulation bursts applied by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry based on the collected data, the indication being displayed according to a time delay that accounts for a transport delay between the implantable pulse generator and the programmer such that the indication displayed coincides with an actual application of each stimulation burst by the implantable pulse generator; and adjust at least one stimulation parameter applied during the stimulation titration process by the implantable pulse generator.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A programmer configured to communicate with an implantable pulse generator that provides neurostimulation, the programmer comprising:
communication circuitry;
a user interface;
a processor; and
a memory having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:
collect, via the communication circuitry, data from the implantable pulse generator about ongoing neurostimulation being applied during a stimulation titration process by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry;
display, via the user interface, an indication relating to a timing of neurostimulation bursts applied by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry based on the collected data, the indication being displayed according to a time delay that accounts for a transport delay between the implantable pulse generator and the programmer such that the indication displayed coincides with an actual application of each stimulation burst by the implantable pulse generator; and
adjust, via the communication circuitry, at least one stimulation parameter applied by the implantable pulse generator during the stimulation titration process.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The programmer of claim 1, wherein the indication comprises a countdown time until a subsequent neurostimulation burst.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The programmer of claim 1, wherein the indication comprises at least one of a therapy on indication or a therapy off indication.

### Claim 4 (depends on 1)

The programmer of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to display the indication in real time.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The programmer of claim 1, wherein the collected data includes timing data for future neurostimulation bursts to be applied by the implantable pulse generator, and wherein the instructions further cause the processor to synchronously display, via the user interface, an indication relating to a timing of the future neurostimulation bursts as the future neurostimulation bursts are applied by the implantable pulse generator.

### Claim 6 (depends on 1)

The programmer of claim 1, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to:
query, via the communication circuitry, the implantable pulse generator to receive a block of timing data;
receive, via the communication circuitry, the block of timing data from the implantable pulse generator; and
continue to display, via the user interface, the indication relating to the timing of neurostimulation bursts applied by the implantable pulse generator based on the block of timing data after ceasing communication between the communication circuitry and the implantable pulse generator.

### Claim 7

A method of delivering neurostimulation to a patient from an implantable pulse generator, the method comprising:
collecting, via communication circuitry of a programmer, data from the implantable pulse generator about ongoing neurostimulation being applied during a stimulation titration process by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry;
displaying, via a user interface of the programmer, an indication relating to a timing of neurostimulation bursts applied by the implantable pulse generator while in communication with the communication circuitry based on the collected data, the indication being displayed according to a time delay that accounts for a transport delay between the implantable pulse generator and the programmer such that the indication displayed coincides with an actual application of each stimulation burst by the implantable pulse generator; and
adjusting, via the communication circuitry, at least one stimulation parameter applied by the implantable pulse generator during the stimulation titration process.

### Claim 8 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the indication comprises a countdown time until a subsequent neurostimulation burst.

### Claim 9 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the indication comprises at least one of a therapy on indication or a therapy off indication.

### Claim 10 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the indication is displayed in real time.

### Claim 11 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the collected data includes timing data for future neurostimulation bursts to be applied by the implantable pulse generator, and the method further comprises:
synchronously displaying, via the user interface of the programmer, an indication relating to a timing of the future neurostimulation bursts as the future neurostimulation bursts are applied by the implantable pulse generator.

### Claim 12 (depends on 7)

The method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises:
querying, via the communication circuitry of the programmer, the implantable pulse generator to receive a block of timing data;
receiving, via the communication circuitry of the programmer, the block of timing data from the implantable pulse generator; and
continuing to display, via the user interface of the programmer, the indication relating to the timing of neurostimulation bursts applied by the implantable pulse generator based on the block of timing data after ceasing communication between the programmer and the implantable pulse generator.

### Claim 13

A neurostimulation system configured to deliver neurostimulation to a patient, the neurostimulation system comprising:
