There is a rib between the first and second sidewall and parallel to the first and second sidewalls and having a top that is narrower than a middle, a third sidewall orthogonal to the second occlusal surface, the third sidewall in relative position to be slidingly received adjacent the first sidewall, and a fourth sidewall orthogonal to the second occlusal surface, the third sidewall in relative position to be slidingly received adjacent the second sidewall. A channel of the second occlusal surface disposed in relative position to snappingly receive the rib.
