Signal transmission method and device, and computer storage medium

A method of wireless communication, comprising:

• receiving, by a user equipment, multiple measurement reference signals and a synchronization signal from a base station,
• wherein the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal are within a downlink access time interval that comprises multiple sweeping time blocks,
• wherein the synchronization signal is carried in a coarse beam corresponding to multiple fine beams that carry the multiple measurement reference signals;
• and
• performing a transmission with the base station based on the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal.

A wireless communication device, comprising one or more processors that are configured to:

• transmit multiple measurement reference signals and a synchronization signal to a user equipment,
• wherein the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal are within a downlink access time interval that comprises multiple sweeping time blocks,
• wherein the synchronization signal is carried in a coarse beam corresponding to multiple fine beams that carry the multiple measurement reference signals;
• and
• perform a transmission with the user equipment based on the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal.

A wireless communication device, comprising one or more processors that are configured to:

• receive multiple measurement reference signals and a synchronization signal from a base station,
• wherein the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal are within a downlink access time interval that comprises multiple sweeping time blocks,
• wherein the synchronization signal is carried in a coarse beam corresponding to multiple fine beams that carry the multiple measurement reference signals;
• and
• perform a transmission with the base station based on the multiple measurement reference signals and the synchronization signal.
